Abdominal aortic aneurysm?

Does anyone know of anyone whose had a vascular graft for an aneurysm in the abdomen? My mom is 75, has copd and is oxygen dependent. The aneurysm is 5.1 in size and the chances of it rupturing are 10-20%. However the risk involved in the surgery is about the same percentage, if not greater. Would be great to hear of good outcomes post surgically. Thanks
