I drank a ton of water and then felt better, why?

I ate a lot more than i ussualy do, like 3 chocolate covered dougnuts, a package of jujubes, 1/2 a gigantic bagel, 20 pizza bites, and 1/2 and italian sausage and two meat, oh yea and some pb. anyways i know it was all junk I just had abad day im usually naturally healthy with tons of veggies so im not worried about that. just all that junk made me feel sick. today i drank a ton of water. i have a camel back water bottle and i have fun drinking out of it so drink like up to 10 cups a day. after i ate all that junk, i drank like 3 water bottles (holds 1/2 a liter) I felt a lot better, like not overstuffed or anyything. is it possible the water inhibited calorie intake or help my body absorb less sugar? i couldnt think of any reason it would make me feel better so fast? especially when i felt so overstuffed? thanks!
