Manhood disturbance?

What sort of disturbance is it when a man who is often alone socially feels that women are jealous of his chronically does it make sense?..what causes it?..and i dont mean a brag type of man,i am talking about a situation where it causes distress?..other than that what is the reason this sort of fear is far more common with men?..
