I have NO i dea who to fix my sewing machine! help!?

so its not working. it wont pick up the bottom thread so its not doing anything. please help me!!! OMJOMJOMJ! i need it to work. what should i do i put a new bobbin thing in and nothing. please help (i hope you get what i'm talking bout)
