Trouble sleeping so I took Nyquil?

I haven't slept well for a month, so finally I tried Nyquil. After about an hour it kicked in. I fell asleep but periodically last night (after taking it) woke up (1am, 2am, 3am)...I had only gotten about 3-4 hours/night on average but after taking Nyquil, I slept for 11 hours. Now it is nearly 4pm and I still feel exhausted. Has anyone else experienced this? I don't know if it is still having some sort of effect on me or if it allowed me to sleep but the quality of sleep wasn't good. Anyone have ideas?

My ex called one night and said she called just to be nosy about something happening in my life, then she continued to tell me what she was getting her and the kids for supper, then a night or so later she called just to tell me a new book was out by my favorite author. Why are we not cutting defense spending?

The president is saying that he is proposing making cuts in social programs but no details on defense. Why wouldn't he cut the defense budget? Right now it's at around $680 BILLION. The country with the next highest military budget is china that spends 100 Billion. We have a higher military budget than the next 25 countries combined 24 of which we are allied with 8 of which are a members of NORAD. We make up 40% of the worlds military expenditure. And yes I realize we are in the middle of a war but I don't think we need a $150 million f-22 fighter jet when we are facing an enemy without an air force. I don't think we need to spend 9.9 billion on ballistic missile defense program when our enemies have no ballistic missiles and good luck shooting a missile with a missile that's like shooting a bullet with a bullet. I don't think we need to spend 5.4 billion dollars on submarines when we are against a land locked country. This is just logic. If we want to cut the deficit we should at least make an effort to cut the defense budget as well as social security and medicare.

Acne is taking over my life please help :(?

I need help please does anyone know how to get rid of my acne or find out what's causing it .. I drink nothing but water I drink about 5 bottles a day actually. I clean my face everynight with either oxy or apricot scrub.. My skin is not very oily it's actually dry and broke out I break out in the t zone .. I've tried Zeno and it just wasn't working my mom bought me proactiv but I'm scared to use it bc I've heard it makes it worse.. And I have very sensitive skin .. I use to have clear perfect skin, last year ... I'm 15 and it's not bc my period I haven't had it since October and I first started when I was 12 .. Last night I had the most vivid dream of my life and the most terrifying. It was dark and rainy and at took place at my high school. In the dream I was walking down the hall when the principal declared a code red (that means there is an intruder) I started to run to a clroom but this girl, who has always been mean to me closed the door just as i reached for the handle. I heard my friend call for me from the back of the room and try to get to the door to unlock it,but he was knocked down by a mob of my enemies. I heard screams and 7 gunshots. I ran to all the doors but they were locked. I saw my english teacher in the hall and ran to him. I ate a lot more than i ussualy do, like 3 chocolate covered dougnuts, a package of jujubes, 1/2 a gigantic bagel, 20 pizza bites, and 1/2 and italian sausage and two meat, oh yea and some pb. anyways i know it was all junk I just had abad day im usually naturally healthy with tons of veggies so im not worried about that. just all that junk made me feel sick. today i drank a ton of water. i have a camel back water bottle and i have fun drinking out of it so drink like up to 10 cups a day. after i ate all that junk, i drank like 3 water bottles (holds 1/2 a liter) I felt a lot better, like not overstuffed or anyything. is it possible the water inhibited calorie intake or help my body absorb less sugar? i couldnt think of any reason it would make me feel better so fast? especially when i felt so overstuffed? thanks!

Lately I have been feeling VERY queasy! It happens everyday but not ALL day, it comes and goes...one minute I will be fine and the next I feel like I need to run to the bathroom. While I do feel queasy, there is no vomiting. Also I have been sleeping as much as possible. The next thing is I have been VERY irritable lately, everything and anything makes me angry...and that is VERY out of the norm for me. My hamster has a brown lump in the middle of his stomach!?!?

My hamster is a 16 month old dwarf hamster male. I was on vacation for two weeks, and my aunt was taking care of him. I just brought him home yesterday, and I had him in the play pen and I noticed when he rolled around in his bedding, a greenish brown lump on him stomach. I put him in his ball and held it over my head, and indeed and long skinny greenish brown bump on his stomach. I scruffed him and tried to get an even better look, but he was squirming too much. I didn't want to try touching it because I don't know what it is I don't want to possibly infect it. I showed it to my mom, and she said it was food or poop tangled in his fur, so I tried touching it gently and it wouldn't come out. My mom said it was really dirty and stuck in there and it would be gone by the next day. First thing I did today, check on the lump. Still there. Now, my concern is he might have a cancer tumor. :( But I thought cancer would change behaviour but he is still rowdy and hyper like he always is. He eats often, drinks daily, poops and pees like normal, is friendly, still has the most glossy, beautiful, soft fur, glossy bright eyes, perky ears... And the lump doesn't seem to be bothering him at all, except for he grooms around there frequently. I mean... I remember when he had something similar, and dark bump on his fur. That was months ago... I got him in his ball but forgot all about the lump when diasaster struck and I dropped the ball from standing height. Later, I noticed that lump was gone... But this lump is bigger, and it's a greeny brown color. I dont have barely enough money to take him to a vet, and my mom doesn't think anything is wrong, therefore won't lend me money. :( Please help me! Most durable gr?

I need to reseed my lawn - we laid down new sod last summer but it was so dry it all died and we now have a mud/dirt pit instead of a lovely green lawn. Hey , i live in washington so preferably a washington state user would help the best but federal law in general is pretty much the same. I was pulled over by a highway patrol cop for a seatbelt. My problem is that he pulled me over on a street.. however its not a small street, its a bigger 35 mph street. On the ticket it states i was driving on a public highway without a seatbelt. Also note the technical city limits starts just before where he pulled me over.. meaning i was already in city limits. He wrote the ticket as 15th st/ fleshman way.. 15th isnt a highway.. fleshman counts as one .. so i am wondering if he purposely wrote that to qualify it as a public highway. There is no way to not get frustrated with outlandish behavior. I have similar problems with my mil and after several arguments with her after which she threatened me I realized she's just not worth it. My husband and I have had alot of problems because of her and I refuse to let her ruin my marriage. She actually told me I was hurting our daughter by not putting her in daycare and that she is fat. I went off. She doesn't care much for me anymore and I honestly don't care. It took my husband awhile to accept that it's best for us if I just don't speak to her unless I have to. We also had an issue with Facebook and I refused to let her on my page and even blocked her. She of course went crying to my husband about how I was mistreating her. I think I have a right to have a life my mil doesn't need to be a part of. She also criticizes everything I do and say. There really is no answer to your question except to say that so many people deal with mil issues and you have to decide how to handle it. The most important thing is to not let it affect your marriage and truth is no matter if she likes you or not, approves of your parenting choices or not. You're the wife, you will be the mother so if you think about it she loses no matter what she says or does. If she wants to be a part of her sons or his children's lives she will accept that.

Disposal of stale gasoline?

I have 20 to 30 gallons of 6-year old gasoline in my built-in boat fuel tank. The only way the hazardous waste disposal centers will take it is if I siphon the gas into 5-gallon portable tanks; limit 15 gallons. Even if I wanted to, the addition of small amounts of the tainted gas to my car tanks is impractical as I have no way to store it or dispense it accurately. My small motor engines need to stay relatively easy to start and they only burn small amounts of fuel anyway. The gasoline is so old that I wouldn't want to sell it to anyone. I'm not even going to comment on the "burn or evaporate it" solutions. My garage told me that they couldn't take the stuff off my hands. Is there any solution other than buying lots of 5-gallon portable gas cans and getting rid of it gradually at HAZMAT centers?

Bare Bottom VS Gravel?

I've kept some of our tanks bare-bottom for 20 years--the fish don't care. Initially, the reflection off the "gl" on the bottom is going to spook the fish because it will be intense but with time, a layer of algae will grow on the surface dulling the reflecting. I use a lot of floating plants since my fish are not bottom-dwelling fish, and in the past I've used the very small terra cotta flowerpots, shot gles, gl votive candle holders, sterilized drift wood for planting aquatic plants in and then I could move the plants around as I pleased (could remove them completely if the plant needed to be replaced or some other thing). The plants will slough off a certain amount of "dirt" (dead leaves, dead leaf cells, etc.) so you'll still aculate a certain amount of "dirt" on the bottom but if you do regular vacuuming, you should be able to keep it fairly clear. The fish do seem to appreciate being able to get to any food that drops to the floor. Depending how strong your filter is, the fish poo may also aculate on the floor (but it's so easy to see and such out with a turkey baster). If your tank has gravel now that you will be removing, the whole ecology will probably go haywire and you'll need to cycle it all over again before the fish will be safe.

hi, 2 weeks or so ago I bought a 3 month old bunny I named Twix. I noticed he would be sneezing now and then but never thought much of it as he seemed fine and I read that at such a young age it could be nerves. However over the past week it got worse and the last couple of day he has got a crusty nose snottiness and can hardly breathe. He is exausted and doesn't know what to do with himself. He has had a bit of water but he won't eat. His head keeps dropping and hes resting it on everything - he's weak. I have wiped over his nose and removed some crust but I cant get at the snot. Two insurance carriers and neither wants to pay. What can I do?

I have been dealing with cancer for several years and I am very weak right now. I am on Medicare and I also have Blue Cross through my husband's work. For years, I have not only been battling the cancer, but also the constant disputes between these two insurance carriers. Since I have overlapping insurance from both, I should have to pay very little, and right now I am looking at $11500.00 in medical bills since January of this year. We've paid $5600.00 of that. I am weak physically and emotionally, and we can't afford a lawyer. Both Medicare and Blue Cross ignore my pleas to settle the disputes and pay the bills. Right now, I have bills from three hospitals and all of them say that Blue Cross won't pay until Medicare pays, and Medicare is saying they won't pay yet because Blue Cross is the primary. I think Medicare is correct, but I'm not certain. Is there any government agency which oversees such issues and could resolve this ongoing dilemma?

Well one, i would skip the projector headlights. The reason is they can produce twice the amount of heat as your regular factory head lights, causing your headlight emblies to melt and possible fire. OK now, intakes and headers, The first thing you need to know is, if you want a good intake or header your going to have to be willing to pay for it, because anything good is not cheap. So i would suggest going some tuner sites and look for Dino sheets and claims from other civic owners. Intakes usually install really easy with moderate hand tools, but headers can be very time consuming and they don't always fit right, and if you have salt and rust where you live it may take you the better part of a day, but if you are wondering what kind of numbers to be expecting with a new intake and header, i would say around 15 to 20 horse power, and a few miles drop in your mileage.

I want to know how you intend to play Stormtide Leviathan in this deck as it is usually best to play with creatures that you can hard cast if you must. I suggest you leave it out and stick to B/W as your colors. It is definitely an interesting deck but I suggest adding more lands up to 24. Prince of Thralls is bad in this deck, add Akroma (the white one) instead. Stuffy Doll doesnt work as it is made for a red deck not reanimator.

My boyfriend played a rude trick on me on facebook. He made a fake account as a woman, and made a post to his page. Basically the post said. So I am in the kitchen washing my hands and the baby and my toddler are in the living room which is fully visible from the kitchen. So all of a sudden I hear the baby shriek. But i have some questions on "backpacking."??? 1st can you camp set camp for the nigh any were along the trail? And if so can you make a fire, like a cooking fire? Do we need bear canisters of some kind? Our trip will be of 3 days max, 4. So the question is if we take the john Muir trail, does it loop back around or do we come back to were we started the same way?
