Do ladies notice a difference between circised and uncircised men?

Yes, If she gets close enough. She will notice a uncircised man.But not to noticeable in the dark.Or if your not showing it off.And you said,'the uncut makes you last longer".I believe that depends on the man.You can last as long as you wanna.(Unless it has been awhile.)Also what i personally prefer is the performance.Not the cut or uncut.Either way,don't worry about skin.It is the way it is used that really matters.Remember To Be Safe.....
