I'm interested in an old cartoon where a family of hillbillies come to visit.?

I think the cartoon should have come from the 1930's... At the beginning of the cartoon, one sees a wooden barrel rolling quickly towards them and when it reaches the porch, it breaks and a large family spills out complete with a jug band and moonshiners whooping it up..
