How does one cook boneless skinless chicken , or fried chicken?

Ok, yesterday, I was trying to cook myself a really nice meal on a Sunday, while watching some movies. I've never actually cooked chicken, but it is really good. How do I cook boneless chicken s, or fry up some chicken from the pan?
