How can I make the vibrato sound like Gwen Stefani while singing?

I'm thinking Beacon Street era, specifically the song Snakes. I can nail most of the song until I get to "Pawns in someones gameplay/Shoot shoot shoot shoot obeyyyyyy" where she does it.
