What is this dream telling me?

I had a dream that my hubby was cheating. On a VFW sign there was his cell phone bill with a number on it that i didn't know and a name Mona. We are not members of VFW or know a mona (i don't think). Then two days later i have a dream where my friend at work told me he was seeing someone from Lebanon Ohio and she was giving him money for cell phone and car so he could leave. I leave him in my dream and he is smiling at me saying i would always take him back so who cares. These 2 dreams are way to specific with names and locations so now i am worried he is cheating.
