Why doesn't the Republican Party get less controversial people to say their message?

I have no problem with what conservatives believe and I applaud them for their commitment. But as a typical everyday moderate American, I have to say that people like Rush Limbaugh, Newt Gingrich and Ann Coulter are the reason's I can't consider myself a Reoublican. I watched Huckabee's CPAC Speech and he had some good points, however; then you hear Ann Coulter and Rush and it completely turned me off. I think Rush is obsolete, they need a new more easy to listen to leader of the conservative movement. Calling people names all the time and finding fault in everything the person on the opposite end believes is childish. Most Americans are either laughing at this man, not listening to him at all or don't even know who he is. I guarantee you that the GOP would have more success with their message if Limbaugh, Coulter and the other radicals on the right would shut up and let someone like Mike Huckabee explain what the brand is about. Thats just my two cents.
