Is this a good magic deck?

I want to know how you intend to play Stormtide Leviathan in this deck as it is usually best to play with creatures that you can hard cast if you must. I suggest you leave it out and stick to B/W as your colors. It is definitely an interesting deck but I suggest adding more lands up to 24. Prince of Thralls is bad in this deck, add Akroma (the white one) instead. Stuffy Doll doesnt work as it is made for a red deck not reanimator.
